Nepstadion Regular was a bespoke typeface that
Tim George and myself designed for our Népstadion project. It was based on the original 1950s signage
found at the site.

Our bespoke typeface was picked up by Studio 8
and used in the debut issue of Elephant magazine.

The magazine is a new title by Marc Valli of Magma, succeeding Graphic magazine. Each issue will feature
a ‘guest’ typeface and ours was used for issue 1. It was used on 2 pages: an interview with illustrator Mike Perry and a feature on Unit Editions.
