Dorian Gray |
|||||
| Experimental typeset of Oscar wildes novel 'A Picture of Dorian Gray.' Each time Dorian Gray speaks, following his first sin the type gradually deteriorates to represent the aging of the picture and Gray’s soul. This is further explored by the canvas cover, that will pick up dirt from peoples hands and begin to age. The spine has been left exposed to symbolises the paintings frail age, and the colour purple has been used to reference the cloth that conceals the painting. |
